We are an independent charity dedicated to making safer drug policies a reality. This means ending prohibition and replacing it with a system of legal regulation for all drugs.
The 1971 Misuse of Drugs Act is 50 years old. For half a century, it has damaged people and communities, undermined science and entrenched social injustice. It is not fit for purpose. For every year it remains in place, billions of pounds will be wasted, thousands of lives lost, and countless people needlessly criminalised. This has to stop.
We will be working with partners throughout 2021 to build support for change.

Anyone's Child: Families for Safer Drug Control is an international network of families whose lives have been wrecked by current drug laws and are now campaigning to change them.
No one doubts that drugs can be dangerous but criminalising those who get involved causes even more harm. The families in Anyone’s Child have come together to campaign for the legal control and regulation of the drug market to save lives and better protect our young people.
